Burlington High School student Afsa Khalifa won the competition to come up with a design for a mural for the wall on the back of the human services building.
With much help from George Ratkevich, Visual Arts Coordinator, the project is now complete, with many residents taking turns doing the actual painting.
This is one of the first major projects for Burlington Public Arts since we expanded our mandate beyond just the sculpture park.
